TTN Garage Usage Terms

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of (www.tightthenut.com) website, TTN Garage Mobile & Web App and Remind S App.

Data from You

We will automatically receive and collect certain anonymous information in standard usage logs through our Web server, including computer-identification information obtained from “cookies,” sent to your browser from a

1. Web server cookie stored on your hard drive
2. An IP address, assigned to the computer which you use
3. The domain server through which you access our service
4. The type of computer you’re using
5. The type of web browser you’re using
6. The device id’s and other details

WHAT INFORMATION IS, OR MAY BE, COLLECTED FROM YOU?

We do collect the Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) directly from you. These details are uploaded by the Vendor using TTN Garage Mobile & Web App and Remind S App.

1. Customer Name- including first and last name
2. Email id
3. Phone number
4. Mobile number
5. Complete address with landmark, pin code & City
6. State, Country Details
7. Vehicle Details including but not limited to Registration no, model, colour, make etc.
8. Dent Photographs, Videos
9. Photographs of Vehicle
10. Signature
11. DOB
12. Chassis No
13. GST Details
14. Engine Number

HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?

We use your sensitive personal information to:

1. Help us provide personalized features, offerings and products
2. Tailor www.tightthenut.com, TTN Garage to your interest
3. To get in touch with you when necessary
4. To provide the services requested by you
5. To preserve social history as governed by existing law or policy & direct our efforts for product improvement
6. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - Store image/pdf/photo External Storage
7. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - Read image/pdf/photo EXTERNAL Storage, Provides protected read access to external storage.
8. INTERNET - Allows applications to open network sockets.
9. READ_INTERNAL_STORAGE - Read image/pdf/photo Internal Storage, Provides protected read access to internal storage.
10. WRITE_INTERNAL_STORAGE - Store image/pdf/photo External Storage
11. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Allows applications to access information about networks
12. ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - Check Internet Connection, mainly for monitoring network connections in general
13. READ_CONTACTS - Read contact from contact list
14. READ_PHONE_STATE - get mobile device id, Phone state provides access to a lot of information about the phone. Usual usages will be for reading the IMEI of your phone and your phone number.
15. WRITE_CONTACTS. - Add contact to contact list

DISCLOSURE POLICY IN COMPLIANCE WITH RULE 6 OF THE IT RULES 2011

The sensitive personal data or information may be disclosed to any person, if such disclosure is required for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of TTN Garage.

The sensitive personal data or information may be disclosed, where the disclosure is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation.

We do not rent, sell, publish or share your sensitive personal data and we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information unless:

We have your permission
• To help investigate, prevent or act regarding unlawful and illegal activities, suspected fraud, including cyber incidents potential threat, punishment of offences and to the safety or security of any person, violations of TTN Garage terms of use or to defend against legal claims
• Special circumstances such as compliance with subpoenas, court orders, requests/order from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies requiring such disclosure.

WHAT CHOICES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU REGARDING COLLECTION, USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION?

The Information (including personal information) collected may be shared with our affiliates, and group companies to the extent required for our internal business and/or administrative purposes and/or general corporate operations and to any third party service providers including marketing partners, and the User hereby consents to the same. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect your personal information and are also subject to appropriate confidentiality/non-disclosure obligations and they comply with the applicable provisions of the data protection laws.These entities, with whom we share the Information, may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt-out.

Further, the User also consents to sharing of Information (including sensitive personal information) when it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. These disclosures are made in good faith and belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing the Terms of Use or for complying with the applicable laws and regulations. No personal information of an individual User such as name, phone number, email address, spends data, card details etc. would be shared with any other User and/or third party unless explicitly approved by the concerned individual User himself/herself. We may also present information related to credit records, User spends, patterns and User data tracked by us only in the form of aggregated statistics on data such as overall app usage by date, time, balances, etc. within our App/Site or to our partners.

Upon termination, we will remove/block your sensitive personal identifiable information from our database, thereby cancelling your registration. However, your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or the termination of your account. If we plan to use your sensitive personal identifiable information for any commercial purposes, we will notify you at the time we collect that information and allow you to opt-out of having your information used for those purposes.

You can accept or decline the cookies. All sites that are customizable require that you accept cookies. You also must accept cookies to register as someone for access to some of our services.

WHAT SECURITY PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT INFORMATION FROM LOSS, MISUSE OR ALTERATION?

To protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, and to comply with Rule 8 of IT Rules, 2011 (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information), we have in place appropriate physical, electronic, technical, operational and managerial procedures. Our servers are accessible only to authorized personnel and your information is shared with respective personnel to complete the transaction and to provide the services requested by you. Although we will endeavour to safeguard the confidentiality of your sensitive personal identifiable information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. By using this site, you agree that we will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

From time to time, we take backup of your data on TTN Garage App and Remind S App on our cloud database. This is done for the purpose of enabling Users to get their data back in case their phone's data becomes unusable, or phone gets lost, or the User moves to a new phone device.

RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION FOR THE DATA COLLECTION

All TTN Garage Mobile & Web App and Remind S App Services are currently provided and regulated by Krebzinstar Private Limited and therefore Krebzinstar Private Limited is responsible for the collection, storage and processing of personal information of the Users.

POLICY UPDATES

We may alter our Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary changes in technology, applicable law or any other variant. In any case, we reserve the right to change (at any point of time) the terms of this Policy or the Terms of Use. Any changes we make will be effective immediately on notice, which we may give by posting the new policy on the Site. Your use of the TTN Garage App and Remind S App Services after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. We may also make reasonable efforts to inform you via electronic mail. In any case, you are advised to review this Policy periodically on the Site to ensure that you are aware of the latest version.
