This page sets out the procedure by which users may request deletion of their account associated with the TTN Garage application (the "App"), operated by Krebzinstar Private Limited, doing business under the brand name Tight The Nut ("Company", "TTN", "we", "our", or "us").
Users of the TTN Garage application may request deletion of their account at any time. Upon receipt of a valid request and successful verification of the requester's identity, the Company shall process the account deletion in accordance with its internal policies, applicable laws, and its Privacy Policy.
Account deletion requests may be submitted through the following official communication channels only:

Requests submitted through any other medium may not be processed.
To prevent unauthorized or fraudulent deletion of accounts, the following information must be provided along with the request:
• Registered mobile number associated with the TTN Garage account
• Registered user name or workshop name (where applicable)
• Any additional information reasonably required to verify account ownership
Failure to provide sufficient or accurate information may result in delay or rejection of the request.
Upon receipt and successful verification of a valid deletion request:
• The user account shall be scheduled for deletion within a reasonable timeframe
• Access to the TTN Garage application shall be permanently revoked
• Account deletion shall be irreversible
Notwithstanding the deletion of an account, Krebzinstar Private Limited may retain certain data for a limited period where such retention is necessary for:
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Resolution of disputes or legal proceedings
• Enforcement of contractual or legal rights
• Accounting, audit, or statutory obligations
Any retained data shall be securely stored and handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
By submitting an account deletion request, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
• All access to historical records, invoices, service data, and related information may be permanently lost
• Any active subscriptions, services, or outstanding obligations should be reviewed prior to submitting the request
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from account deletion or data removal
