No. The app is designed for workshop owners who may have no prior experience with business software. Common tasks like creating a job card, generating an invoice, or sending a WhatsApp reminder take 3 to 4 taps. The interface is available in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Our support team is available 6 days a week on call and WhatsApp if you need help at any step.
Most workshops are creating their first job card within 30 minutes of downloading the app. You enter your workshop name, add your service types and pricing, and you are ready. No technical configuration is needed. Our team can also do a live guided setup over WhatsApp if you prefer.
Tap New Job Card, enter the vehicle registration number, make, model, and customer name. Add the complaints and the mechanic assigned to the job. You can add spare parts and labour charges directly to the card. When the work is done, close the job card - the invoice is generated automatically. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.
Yes. TTN Garage generates proper GST invoices with GSTIN, HSN codes for spare parts, and separate GST breakdowns for labour and materials - fully compliant with Indian GST rules. Invoices can be sent directly to customers via WhatsApp or printed. Non-GST billing is also supported for customers who do not require a GST invoice.
Yes. Every invoice is marked as paid, partially paid, or pending. The Cashbook section shows all outstanding dues across customers in one view. You can also record daily expenses - spare parts purchases, staff costs, utilities - and see your monthly revenue and profitability in the Reports section.
Add the spare parts and consumables you stock to the TTN Garage inventory. When a part is used in a job card, TTN Garage automatically deducts it from your stock and updates the balance. You can see real-time stock levels, get low-stock alerts, and track which parts are fast-moving and which are sitting idle - all without a separate stock register.
Yes. TTN connects your workshop to a spare parts supply network with genuine OEM and OES parts from brands including Bosch, TVS, FCC, ASK, OSRAM, and Suprajit - at up to 50% discount on original prices. Workshops in Pune city get free delivery with a 30-minute delivery option. A 3-day return policy applies to wrong or damaged parts.
Basic (₹999/year) covers up to 50 job cards per month on 1 device with limited analytics. Gold (₹1,999/year) raises the limit to 70 job cards, adds full analytics and invoice SMS. Platinum (₹4,999/year) gives unlimited job cards, unlimited devices, both mobile and web app, job card creation SMS, and 3 service reminders per customer. All plans include the 10-day free trial.
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Gold or from Gold to Platinum at any point during your subscription. Contact the TTN team on WhatsApp at 8698761486 to process the upgrade. There is no penalty and no multi-year lock-in - plans are annual subscriptions you renew at the end of each year.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with daily backups. If your subscription lapses, your data remains accessible for a period - contact support for a data export of your customer records and invoice history before discontinuing. TTN does not delete your data immediately and does not share it with any third party.
Yes, on the Platinum plan. Multiple staff can access the same workshop account simultaneously on different devices - your mechanic updating a job card on their phone while billing is handled on a desktop, for example. Basic and Gold plans support one device at a time.
